Soul fire policies.

To ensure a smooth and fair experience for both our clients and artists, we have set policies in place regarding booking, deposits, touch-up’s and more. These policies help protect our artist’ time, maintain an efficient workflow, and allow us to continue providing the best service possible. By booking with us, you agree to these terms, which are detailed below. Please ask your artist if you have any questions regarding any policies before you send your deposit.

DEPOSIT Policy.

Each client is required to pay a $100 deposit upon booking. The deposit is non-refundable, and non-transferable. The deposit amount will come off the total at your final tattoo session. 

You may forfeit your deposit in the following circumstance;

  • If you cancel / no-show

  • If you reschedule within the timeframe set by your artist (72 hours - 1 week)

  • If you reschedule more than once

  • If you are over 25 minutes late to your appointment*

  • If you arrive at your appointment unfit to be tattooed**

  • If you completely change the idea you booked in with***

  • If you no-show your consult session you will forfeit half of your deposit.

    *If you are late we cannot guarantee there will be enough time to fit your project in on that date.

    **This includes (but is not limited to) arriving intoxicated, underage, without valid ID, pregnant, or with skin that is unable to be tattooed, such as a sunburn, scrapes or significant bruising.

    *** A new tattoo idea is considered a new booking request. Your artist is under no obligation to accept working with you on the new idea, especially if it does not fit their style / abilities.

Touch-up Policy.

One complimentary touch up is included with your tattoo, if needed, and provided aftercare instructions were followed, within 6 months of the initial tattoo date.

  • ** Feet, hand & finger tattoos are not guaranteed due to unpredictable nature of healing these spots with quickly regenerating skin. There is no free retouch included with these tattoos.**

  • Feet / hands / finger tattoos, and tattoos over 6 months healed will be subject to a $50 touch up fee.

  • If you no-show your touch up session, you forego your one free touch up, and the $50 fee will be required if you choose to rebook the touch up.

STUDIO Policy.

We don't accept attitude, rudeness or abuse towards any staff;

  • We do not service anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Children are not permitted within the studio at any time

  • All staff reserve the right to refuse service, even after the tattoo has started

  • Guests are permitted in the studio as long as they remain respectful and non-obstructive. Please check with your artist before bringing a guest to your appointment.

Consultation Policy.

Consultations are a free service, and are scheduled as-needed by your artist. If you no-show your consultation, a new one will need to be rebooked, and you will forfeit half of your deposit.

Billing Policy.

  • You will be billed at your artist’s current hourly rate for all tattooing and tattooing related services, once the tattoo has begun.

  • If the client is late, that time is added to the billable time.
